The Photography Club was established in the academic year 1998-99. Our club aims to develop our members’ interest in photography and promote photography in the school.
The Photography Club organizes various courses and workshops regularly. They cover topics like the basic structure of cameras and basic skills in photography. This year, the club held a bokeh workshop and light-painting workshop. Bokeh is a photography effect of a soft out-of-focus background that you get when shooting a subject using a fast lens. Light painting is a photographic technique using a hand-held light source to “paint” on the film or sensor of your camera.
