Admission Procedures and Criteria for Secondary 1 Discretionary Places of 2025-2026
The discretionary places of our school will be open for application. The details are as follows:

Application period: 2 January 2025 (Thu) to 16 January 2025 (Thu) Date of Interview: 1 March 2025 (Sat) |
No. of discretionary places: 40
Please note that each student may apply to not more than TWO secondary schools listed in the Handbook for “Application for Secondary One Discretionary Places” provided by the Education Bureau (EDB); otherwise her chance of acquiring a discretionary place will be forfeited.
Admission Criteria and Weightings:
Stage I – Assessment of applicants’ performance in the primary school (70%)
The admission criteria and weighting for the assessment are outlined below:

Stage II – Interview (30%)
All applicants will be invited to attend an individual interview on 1 March 2025 (Sat). A confirmation letter and email will be sent to individual applicants. The admission criteria and weighting for the interview are outlined below:

A number of applicants will be recommended in the “Successful List for S1 Discretionary Places” according to their cumulative scores in Stages I and II, with reference to the Discretionary Places Rank Order List provided by the EDB.
Submission of Application Forms:
All applications must be submitted from 2 January 2025 (Thu) to 16 January 2025 (Thu) (both dates inclusive) to the School General Office in person or via the SSPA e-Platform.
Office Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Mon to Fri)
8:30 am – 11:30 am (Sat)

Ø The EDB’s Application Form for S1 Discretionary Place
Ø Application form for S1 Discretionary Places
Ø ONE Self-addressed stamped envelope
Ø Photocopies of School Reports – P4, P5 & P6
(P6 result can be submitted at a later stage if it is not ready)
Ø A photocopy of HKID Card of the applicant OR a photocopy of Birth Certificate
Ø Photocopies of Awards and Achievements

Parents of successful applicants will be notified of their inclusion in the “Successful List for S1 Discretionary Places” by mail and by phone on 31 March 2025 (Mon).

本校現正接受自行分配中一學位的申請，詳情如下：
申請日期：2025年1月2日（星期四） 至 2025年1月16日（星期四）
自行分配學位數目：40
每名學生只可向不多於兩所在教育局派發之《申請中一自行分配學位手冊》內列出的中學申請，否則其獲得自行分配學位的機會將會被取消。
收生準則及比重：
第一階段 - 評估申請人在小學階段之表現 (70%)

所有申請者將被邀請於2025年3月1日（星期六）出席個人評核面試。面試前將收到相關的面試安排通知書及電郵。甄選準則及比重如下：

申請人主要按第一階段及第二階段之表現，並會參考由教育局提供的「自行分配學位申請學生的成績次第名單」而被納入「自行分配學位正取名單」。
遞交申請表：
請於2025年1月2日（星期四）至 2025年1月16日（星期四）(包括首尾兩天) 親身將填妥之申請文件交往本校校務處或透過「中一派位電子平台」遞交：
辦公時間： 上午八時三十分至下午四時三十分（星期一至五）
上午八時三十分至上午十一時三十分（星期六）
所須文件如下：
Ø 教育局之中一自行分配學位申請表
Ø 中一自行分配學位申請表
Ø 回郵信封一個
Ø 小四、五、六年級成績表副本
（如小六成績表副本尚未備妥，可稍後遞交）
Ø 身份証或出生証明書副本
Ø 奬項、各類証書副本
如學生已成功獲納入《自行分配學位正取名單》，校方將於 2025 年 3 月 31 日（星期一）以郵寄及電話方式通知家長。
