Please note that each student may apply to not more than TWO secondary schools listed in the Handbook for “Application for Secondary One Discretionary Places” provided by the Education Bureau (EDB); otherwise her chance of acquiring a discretionary place will be forfeited.

All applicants will be invited to attend an interview on 7 March 2026 (Sat). A confirmation letter and email will be sent to individual applicants. The admission criteria and weighting for the interview are outlined below:

A number of applicants will be recommended in the “Successful List for S1 Discretionary Places” according to their cumulative scores, with reference to the Discretionary Places Rank Order List provided by the EDB.
Submission of Application Forms:
1. All applications must be submitted by hand to the General Office or via the SSPA e Platform. Please download the application form and the notes to applicants here.
2. The application period is from 2 January 2026 (Friday) to 16 January 2026 (Friday).
3. The Application Form for S1 Discretionary Places (2026-2027) with the following supporting documents shall be submitted:
o Application Form for S1 Discretionary Places (provided by the Education Bureau)
o A photocopy of HKID Card of the applicant or a photocopy of birth certificate
o One self-addressed envelope (stamped or postage prepaid)
o Photocopies of Primary 4, 5 & 6 school reports (Primary 6 result can be submitted at a later stage if it is not ready)
o Photocopies of participation and achievement in extra-curricular activities and services
Recommendation letters from the primary school are not required.
4. School Office Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
5. All successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview on 7 March 2026 (Saturday), with 14 March 2026 (Saturday) as the fallback date in case of postponement.
6. All successful applicants will be notified of the interview arrangements no later than 9 February 2026 (Monday).
7. Applicants and parents/guardians are reminded not to offer any actual or perceived advantages to any school staff in connection with their applications.
Parents of successful applicants will be notified of their inclusion in the “Successful List for S1 Discretionary Places” by mail and by phone on 31 March 2026 (Tue).

申請人主要根據他們的累積分數，並會參考由教育局提供的「自行分配學位申請學生的成績次第名單」而被納入「自行分配學位正取名單」。
遞交申請表：
1. 中一自行分配學位申請可親臨本校校務處或透過「中一派位電子平台」遞交。請在此下載申請表格和參閱申請須知。
2. 2026 年 1 月 2 日（星期五）起接受申請；截止日期為 2026 年 1 月 16 日（星期五）。
3. 提交中一自行分配學位申請表（2026-2027）時須附以下文件：
o 中一自行分配學位申請表(由教育局提供)
o 身份證或出生證明副本
o 一個回郵信封（附郵票或郵資已付）
o 學校成績表副本 – 小四、小五、及小六（小六成績表可後補）
o 校內服務獎項及傑出表現的相關證明文件副本
毋須附上小學推薦信。
4. 校務處辦公時間：
星期一至五 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
星期六 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
5. 所有成功申請者需於 2026 年 3 月 7 日（六）到本校進行面試。備用日期為2026年3月14日（六）。
6. 所有成功申請者將於 2026 年 2 月 9 日（一）或以前獲得有關面試安排通知。
7. 申請人及家長請注意，切勿向本校教職員提供任何利益，以獲取入學優勢。
如學生已成功獲納入《自行分配學位正取名單》，校方將於 2026 年 3 月 31 日（星期二）以郵寄及電話方式通知家長。
