Application for S1 Possible Vacancies (2026-2027)

 Application for S1 possible vacancies will open on 7 July 2026 (Tuesday), 8:00 AM.

 Application Form:

●        Download the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2026-2027) online, or

●        Obtain a copy of the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2026-2027) at our school.

 

Application Procedure:

●        Complete the application online (application opens on 7 July 2026 8:00 AM, closes on 8 July 2026 12:00 noon). Our School Office staff will contact the applicant by phone to submit the application and arrange a written test.

●        Submit the required documents to the School Office in person (applicants will be invited to attend a written test immediately).

 

The following documents need to be submitted to the School Office:

●        Completed Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2026-2027)

●        A photocopy of the applicant’s HKID Card OR Birth Certificate

●        A photocopy of the Allocation Slip

●        Photocopies of School Reports – P4, P5 & P6

●        Photocopies of Awards and Achievements

If the applicant has applied for S1 Discretionary Places at our school in January 2026, only the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2026-2027) (with Part A & Part D completed), a photocopy of the Allocation Slip and photocopies of the school reports of Primary 6 (whole year) need to be submitted on the day of the written test.

 

School Office Hours:

8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Mon to Fri)

8:30 am – 11:30 am (Sat)

 

Note:

●        Applicants are not required to provide recommendation letters from primary schools.

●        Applicants will be invited to attend a written test immediately after submitting the application. Applicants shall bring their P6 handbook, one piece of assignment in Chinese Language and English Language respectively, and necessary stationery.

●        Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to proceed to the interview stage.

●        If vacancies become available after Secondary One Registration Days, the school will contact successful applicants to extend an offer and arrange registration procedures.

●        Applicants who do not receive notification from the school should consider their applications unsuccessful.

 

 Personal Information Collection Statement

1. Personal data provided in this application form will, during the entire process, be used solely for this purpose, and the data will be handled by the Principal, by teachers or by any staff of the School who is directly involved in the administration of this application.
2. Retention period of the personal data collected for the application process will be no more than one year.
3. Applicants have the right to request access to, and to request the correction of, their personal data.

 

中一候補學位申請 (2026-2027)

本校中一候補學位於2026年7月7日 (星期二) 上午8:00 開始接受申請。

 

派發申請表方法：

●        網上下載中一候補學位申請表 (2026-2027) 或

●        親臨本校索取中一候補學位申請表 (2026-2027)

 

申請方法：

●        填寫網上申請表（由2026年7月7日上午8時正起開放申請，並於2026年7月8日中午12時正停止接受申請），本校職員會致電聯絡以預約親臨本校校務處提交申請及參與遴選筆試。

●        親臨本校校務處提交所需文件（申請人將獲邀立即參與遴選筆試）

 

提交申請時須附以下文件：

●        填妥的中一候補學位申請表 (2026-2027)

●        申請人之身份證或出生證明副本

●        派位證副本

●        學校成績表副本 – 小四、小五及小六

●        獎項及成就的相關證明文件副本

如申請人曾經在 2026年1月申請本校中一自行分配學位，則只需於筆試當天提交中一候補學位申請表 (2026-2027)  (只需填寫A及D部分)，派位證副本及小學六年級全年成績表副本。

 

校務處辦公時間：

8:00 am – 4:30 pm (星期一至五)

8:30 am – 11:30 am (星期六)

 

注意：

●        申請人毋須附上小學推薦信。

●        申請人於遞交申請後將獲邀立即參與遴選筆試，請帶備小六的手冊、中英文功課各一份及所需文具。

●        只有通過筆試的申請人才會獲邀參加面試。

●        如中一註冊日後仍有剩餘學額，本校將聯絡獲取錄的申請人安排註冊事宜。

●        若未收到本校通知，則視作申請不成功。

 

收集個人資料聲明

 

1. 申請表所提供之個人資料只用作處理申請及申請過程期間使用，資料可由校長、老 師、或任何與此申請行政上作有直接關係的學校職員處理。
2. 在招生過程中所收集的個人資料不會保留超過一年。
3. 申請人有權要求查閱及修正本申請表內所提供的個人資料。
