Application for S1 Possible Vacancies
Application for S1 possible vacancies will open on 8 July 2025 (Tuesday), 8:00 AM.
Application Procedure:
● Download the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2025-2026) online, or
● Obtain a copy of the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2025-2026) at our school, or
● Complete the application online (application opens on 8 July 2025 8:00 AM), and submit the completed hard copy of the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2025-2026), together with all supporting documents, to the school on the day of the written test.
The following documents need to be submitted in person to the School Office starting from 8 July 2025 (Tue):
● Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2025-2026)
● A photocopy of HKID Card of the applicant OR a photocopy of Birth Certificate
● A photocopy of Allocation Slip
● Photocopies of School Reports – P4, P5 & P6
● Photocopies of Awards and Achievements
School Office Hours:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Mon to Fri)
8:30 am – 11:30 am (Sat)
Note:
● It is not required to provide recommendation letters from primary schools.
● A written test is scheduled on 9 July 2025 (Wednesday). Shortlisted applicants will be notified individually via email or by phone to attend the written test. Only selected applicants will be invited to proceed to the interview stage.
● If the applicant has applied for S1 Discretionary Places at our school in January 2025, only the Application Form for S1 Possible Vacancies (2025-2026) (with Part A & D completed), a photocopy of the Allocation Slip and photocopies of the school reports of Primary 6 (whole year) need to be submitted on the day of the written test.
● If vacancies arise after Secondary One Registration Days, the school will contact successful applicants to issue offers and arrange registration.
● Applicants who do not receive notification from the school will be considered unsuccessful.

1. Personal data provided in this application form will, during the entire process, be used solely for this purpose, and the data will be handled by the Principal, by teachers or by any staff of the School who is directly involved in the administration of this application.
2. Retention period of the personal data collected for the application process will be no more than one year.
3. Applicants have the right to request access to, and to request the correction of, their personal data.

本校中一後補學位於2025年7月8日 (星期二) 上午8:00 開始申請。
申請方法:
● 網上下載中一後補學位申請表 (2025-2026) 或
● 親臨本校索取中一後補學位申請表 (2025-2026) 或
● 先填寫網上申請表，並於筆試當天向本校提交填妥的中一候補學位申請表 (2025-2026)及所有證明文件 。
提交申請時須附以下文件，文件可透過本校校務處於 2025年7月8日 (星期二) 提交。
● 中一候補學位申請表 (2025-2026)
● 身份證或出生證明副本
● 派位證副本
● 學校成績表副本 – 小四、小五及小六
● 獎項及成就的相關證明文件副本
校務處辦公時間:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm (星期一至五)
8:30 am – 11:30 am (星期六)
注意:
● 毋須附上小學推薦信。
● 遴選筆試暫定於2025年7月9日 (星期三) 舉行。本校將以電郵或致電個別通知合適的申請人參加筆試。只有通過筆試的申請人方可獲邀參加面試。
● 獲邀參加筆試的申請人必須於筆試當天向本校提交填妥的中一候補學位申請表 (2025-2026) 及所有證明文件。
● 如申請人曾經在 2025年1月申請本校中一自行分配學位，則只需於筆試當天提交中一候補學位申請表 (2025-2026) (只需填寫A及D部分)，派位證副本及小學六年級全年成績表。
● 如中一註冊日後仍有剩餘學額，本校將聯絡獲取錄的申請人安排註冊事宜。
● 若未收到本校通知,則視作申請未獲成功。
收集個人資料聲明
1. 此申請表所提供之個人資料只用作處理申請及申請過程期間使用，資料可由校長、老 師、或任何與此申請行政上作有直接關係的學校職員處理。
2. 在招生過程中所收集的個人資料不會保留超過一年。
