Maestro

Introduction

‘To be a great maestro, you must first play a lot of bad notes.’ – Jeffrey Hayzlett

MAESTRO is an Italian word originated from a Latin magister in the early 18th century which means ‘master’.

To nurture our fellow Franciscans into potential leaders, we aim at providing an active learning environment where they discover their hidden abilities during their learning process.

As the members of the Student Association, we are all active learners. We pledge to first be the MAESTRO of our own, so that we could act as your role models. Although there may be obstacles along the way to success, we firmly believe that in being the master of your life, you can always learn from your mistakes and eventually reach for your star. At the end of the day, you could find your own goal and go ahead to pursue your dream.

We are going to organize a variety of programmes to hone fellow Franciscans’ skills and allow them a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. The well-being of our Franciscans is our priority.

‘Be the master of your soul,
Be the MAESTRO of your own.’
